Ashot Tadevosyan started painting after relocating to the United States from Armenia in 1999. Until last fall, Tadevosyan was practicing medicine and in his spare time picked-up oil painting. Throughout the years he has participated in several live exhibitions. In 2017 one of Tadevosyan's works was selected for exhibition by the Bangor Art Society. This was followed by the Ridgefield Art Society in Connecticut in 2018 and the RAA&M National Juried Show at Rockport, MA in 2019, where he received the Award for Excellence in Contemporary Art. In addition to painting, he has also started writing short stories, some of which have been published in an anthology. He lives in Bar Harbor, Maine.
